If you like this brand tea then I urge you to buy some quality loose leaf tea because it will blow your mind compared to this stuff. Yes, it will cost more than two dollars but you get what you pay for.

I've had tons of high quality tea, and mostly agree, but I still love some Sleepytime now and then.

Yerba mate, yaupon, and guayusa contain caffeine

I use https://www.adagio.com/

They have some great tea and they overload you with samples in your order. If you order the sample pack sizes for a few bucks, it will make maybe 5-6 cups of tea and you still get the samples. That said, I do love some Celestial Seasons; I'll probably grab some from this deal.

or Roastaroma or Bengal spice.
The bags make tea on-the-go a lot easier. Plus I like the blends in each.
But I have a variety of loose leaf teas in the cupboard, too. I like Yorkshire Gold - I have loose leaf, but usually use tea bags because it's just easier!

Some freshly grated ginger mixed with some peppermint tea, a bit of liquorice root, and a tiny amount of cloves is great for a sore throat, too. Can let it cool and drink it less hot, too. Or even put some ice in it, once it's steeped (I will let it steep for 30 min some times to get more of the liquorice flavor, but you can steep it just for 5-10 min.

As for the OP, my first thought was "16 bags??????" Shrink-flation. It's been 20 bags a box in Celestial Seasoning for 30+ years.
