I know Taylor Swift was doing signed cd's for $20, ed sheeran $15, NF $5, etc. Coldplay who isn't nearly as popular now as they were 10-15 years ago makes sense for $15 as well (that's what they are on their site). $8 might be a mistake or just Amazon selling at cost - idk.

Cold Play, I don't know if they are going to be able to hand sign all these. It's been up on Amazon for a long time now. They gonna sign 10,000? Dealers buying 100 each.
