Go to sleep... sleep...

If you don't like sardines, buy them for your cat.

If you don't have a cat, buy them for a stray cat.

If you like sardines, share them with a cat.

But, not mustard sauce.

Ingredients: sprats

This comes up every time this is posted. Sprats and sardines are both in the herring family but are different species

Sprats "have a denser texture and stronger flavor than sardines."

Sprats are also known as brislings.

These have a very little amount of Mercury when compared to larger fish

If you don't like sardines or cats, combine the two with mustard sauce and a glass of chianti.
Hey neighbor, what's that on the barbeque today?

Haven't had sardines in over 30 years? Not sure how to eat them now. Is it still vinegar?

Going to pass, cause when I want sardines a sprat wont do!

Best way to eat this stuff is just spread it on a cracker, great camping trip food.

If that were a thing nothing from the ocean would be edible anymore, these are tiny fish, no way to concentrate toxins.

It's not bad but the last patch I bought, made me really sick. and not a food poisoning type of sickness (probably more a metal poisoning I felt week and had joint pains with dizziness)
Sardines are high in purines which break down into uric acid. Not recommended for gout sensitive folk.

lol I don't have gout joint pain was more of weakness and inability to stay standing up not sharp pain triggered by movement, gout is inflammation
