Jay's products have consistently been in high praise from what I've seen, every time I see one show up on Project Farm it usually punches above it's price.

For light cleaning I use Woolite laundry detergent mixed with water in a spray bottle. It's gentle and won't damage anything. On the other end of the spectrum, I use saddle soap for heavy cleaning. Just be sure to add some leather conditioner afterwards to replenish the leather's oils.

The best I've found and have been using for years is this one called Turtlewax Ice Seal & Shine Wax! It's sold at Advance Auto Parts. My buddy who has owned an auto body shop has used it for many years as well as a finishing touch to a newly painted or repainted vehicle.

Also, these three waxes from 🐢 Turtlewax. Are as well, much better than what he mentioned above ⬆️

Meguiar's is great too!!! It's on sale at Walmart for $12.97 too!

Or JayLeno's is good too!

How about something to clean leather? I've been using Lexol cleaner but it leaves a lot to be desired.

This is the very old school way and still works.

Turtle wax hybrid ceramic. Really enjoying the results for a low price spray. Watched many YT videos on comparisons with other brands.

Used Jays fabric cleaner the other day, smells good & cleans well. He had good taste in cars & on Project Farm his tire product score was good. I generally buy turtle wax or any great deals at my local Ross. Typically half the cost of Walmart or local Autozone. However, there wasn't any last I went. (Occasionally, ross has crazy deals. I bought meguiars mirror glaze, synthetic sealant 2.0 64oz for $15)

Does anyone know how this compares to Fiebing's 4 Way Care?

I heard that leather seats of modern cars would already have a coating. Any leather conditioner is not going to penetrate the coating and it will be a waste.

This is correct. It won't do anything to rejuvenate your car leather unless your car is like 25+ years old and has leather that isn't coated. It also won't do much (if anything) to protect your leather. It's just gonna sit on top of the plastic coating and transfer to your clothes.

I am pretty sure Jay Leno's Garage also has a leather cleaner, as well as Adam's Chemical Bros, every other company who sells a car shampoo, etc. To my knowledge, however, Project Farm has not done any testing on the cleaners or conditioners yet. I'd actually love to see him do a long term test with this and several other brands.

FWIW, I was browsing the Walmart autocare section a few weeks back, my car soap supply was dwindling, my current tire shine was really a disappointment and I left various polishing compounds and waxes with my nephew so he could polish up his new car (04 PT cruiser, yes, I gave him shit, but at least it was only $1k and we fixed the Power Steering issue easily). I recall seeing Adam's, Chemical Bros, Jay Leno's Garage, and all the classic players on recent Project Farm Videos.

"Screw Jay for what he did to Conan and yadda yadda yadda, but I think it's time to let that beef go out to pasture" might have been something that went through my cheap-ass mind. "Let me review a few Project Farm videos to see which was the best value and ticks all my boxes" is something that also went through my mind, and I spent a good 20 minutes reviewing some videos and determined "Lets give Jay a shot" and picked up the detail bucket for $38.

Now, normally I piece together the best product in each category from each manufacturer, but I had been in Walmart for a while at this point and my morning coffee was starting to work its magic on my GI track. I grabbed that bucket, some Meguiars PlastX, a few bug sponges and application pads (for the tire shine) and made my way to checkout before the sweats kicked in.

The bucket came with 6 bottles. Ceramic Car Wash, Tire Shine, Wheel Cleaner, Quick Detailer, Interior Detailer and Glass Cleaner. Unfortunately, I had washed my car already that morning, before it got hot out, so the only product I have tried so far is the Tire Shine. I sprayed it on almost 3 weeks ago and the old ass tires on my Civic still look good, still have a deep shine after a lot of rainy days and wet driving. I tried it on our Bolt EUV tires and they haven't kept their look as long, but still look better than whatever I was using before. I also did not wash the tires on the EUV before applying, so I'll do that next time, since the old tire shine probably inhibited its abilities.

Now, as far as this leather conditioner goes, I have no idea if it works. I almost grabbed a bottle as our EUV has some sort of leather-like seat, but at the time I wasn't sure of the material and didn't want compatibility issues, but i am sure its a quality product and might go ahead and pick it up at this price.
