Certain Sams club have it for 1299
Just to clarify, the OP deal is for the S90D. The S90D on EPP/EDU is $1530, which is NOT cheaper than the OP deal. The S90C on EPP/EDU is $1350, which technically is cheaper, but not the same TV as the OP.

Per rtings.com this is a top TV even better than their recommended S90C. Not sure if it will go cheaper for BF, but still solid.

Debating updating my Sony XBRE-65X810C from Feb 2016. The apps are getting so slow even when clearing cache all the time, and I don't feel like paying $200 for a Nvidia Shield Pro. OLED would be a solid update, but I'm not sure if waiting another year or so is the better move (yes, I know technology is always improving, but it's typically at a tic/tock rate).

It boggles my mind, why doesn't samsung support Dolby Vision. I would be all over this, alas, stuck waiting for a Sony deal. It's it so much to ask for a high end qd-oled that supports DV at this price?

Huh, the older S90C is still the top rated 65" TV from rtings.com that does the most detailed reviews I've seen. Sure there's some marginally better options for 3x the price, but this is a A tier TV for sure.

tv's are not selling-during covid 2021 and 2020 everyone bought a set and not that many people upgrade their tv's every 3 years. also most people do not understand why oled is more than double LED tv prices so they walk away!

I was just a Port Huron Michigan Sam's club and they had a 65" S90CD with no price on an end cap just sitting on the floor, I asked for a price and it was $1170. So I said it was, because it's now in my house.

Just got a 77 inch one from Samsung last night. As expected the base stands does not look premium quality, fit slightly unbalanced from the back side and the base was slightly out of shape. Picked it up from bestbuy. Picture quality is flawless, but AI Content generation sucks, it tries to control the clarity and colors on the screen, didn't like it. I have Q990C so Dolby is not an issue. Comes with a remote, power cable and base stands that's it. No hdmi cable nothing 🙄

He wants this tv (or other highly rated tv), but just larger.

He isn't saying this isn't a high rated tv.

My old sony was having the same issue. I just used a firestick and it works great.
