There's a size chart in the full description on the listing.

They do. It's called Hanes, fruit of the loom, etc. Plus let's be honest, everyone purchases brands for clout. Otherwise there would be no brands and we wouldn't be commenting in brand oriented threads.
Not true. Hanes and FOTL are brands BTW.

I buy more expensive brands bc of quality, style, design/color, or fit.

I would go true to size for this hoodie. Whatever your measurements are; if that lands you into a normal sized (medium, large, etc) go with that. It's a good hoodie. Not blow your socks off kind of quality (I'm a hoodie expert). It is medium weight. There is a lot of cotton in it so that makes it nice and breathable (that's good, everyone hates a 100% polyester hoodie, they don't breath). The arm length is real nice. Adidas got that right. Top tier athletes have long arms and this has a long arm length. They are catering to the correct group. So even if your arms are normally a "large" but your body is more of a medium size, you can go with the medium. Which is rare for a lot of companies, you'd have to jump up to the large for adequate arm length but then the body of the clothing would be really loose fitting.

In terms of what's better than this hoodie from Adidas' product line, I'd go with the Adidas Adicolor Classics Trefoil hoodie. It's 100% cotton where this hoodie is 70% cotton/30% Poly. The ones they have for sale have the huge Adidas logo on it, so if you're not into that then that's not an option. Also I like the adidas Originals Adicolor Essential Trefoil hoodie too. That is 70% cotton/30% Poly too but it has a better feel to it. More material to it too. Those will cost more than the hoodie in this thread.

Im trying to up my hoodie game. Tell me what you prefer or your rankings on top hoodies under $100. Not into what I've been reading on American giant. So please help me, not sure I want the old boxy style of say champion or carhartt , though I like both that quality. And I do prefer a higher cotton content. I got a belly but don't want it super baggy either, so sort of fitted but not slim.

The main things to look for is the cotton to polyester ratio and the weight of the garment. Because some people on the west coast like the look of a hoodie, but a heavyweight hoodie is NOT good in hot climates. Meanwhile someone who lives in an area with a full winter will want heavyweight hoodies in their arsenals to keep warm. I don't know what climate you're in so just use that as a guide. So if you have full winters you want to find hoodies with as much cotton as possible with heavy garment weight. Many brands won't tell you the weight of the garment.

Champion's reverse weave is a great hoodie to get since it has a relaxed fit to it. It is 12oz which is great. It's also 82% cotton and 18% Poly. Just be careful what colors you buy when getting a hoodie. Champion's website will tell you that certain colors have a different cotton/poly ratio.

Carhartt has a relaxed/loose fit with their hoodies, that would be a great option too. But be extra careful with carhartt. Their cotton/poly differentials across colors is REALLY extreme. Take this hoodie as an example: https://www.carhartt.com/product/...defined_SW
13 ounce with 75% cotton/25% poly. BUT, the carbon heather color is listed at 55% cotton/45% Poly.

If you have extra weight on your body you want your garment to breath, so the more cotton you find the better.

I think those are good options for loose fit hoodies. I've been able to nab reverse weave Champion hoodies here on slickdeals for $20. Well worth it.

The problem is, those brands are not interested in producing fits for "elevated" basics.
