I bought this and it hurt my gums. Unless you have big gap between your teeth then it works wonder. My teeth gaps are small these doesn't fit unless I pushed in really hard and result in gum bleeding. Floss pick works better for my teeth.

I stocked up on the last FP of this, these are great little picks to have sitting on your desk, side table, in the car I suppose... never knew these existed until slickdeals, and wish I'd have found them sooner!

The brush end works better than floss for getting out meat particles stuck between your teeth. I find that flossing often packs it in worse, where twisting the bristle end of these toothpicks cleans it out. They're also more convenient than floss and the bristles stimulates the gums between your teeth. I "floss" with them regularly while watching TV to keep my gums healthy. Discovered these about 15 years ago and keep them everywhere like plankalkul says. Absolutely love this product!

How long can one of these picks be used before it gets too flimsy from shedding microplastics? 5 mins, 30 mins, ?

Wouldn't that logic apply to toothbrush bristles, too?

Or were you thinking *unknown plastic* versus nylon toothbrush bristles?

Agree on it hurting gums. The toothpick part works but I'm not sure where the other end goes because it's not in between teeth.
