I would consider $600 to be "MSRP" for an RTX 3050 at this point. You're locked into your GPU and your CPU. Your CPU is going to last way longer than your GPU, and the RTX 3050 is about as minimum as it gets at this point.
Personally I would skip this unless you were absolutely desperate for a budget/esports laptop.

Low: 49FPS
Medium: 39.8FPS
High: 30FPS
Ultra: 25FPS
Ultra with ray tracing: 11.9FPS
And that's not the most demanding game. The 3050 can only run A Plague Tale: Requiem from 2022 at 28.8FPS on the 1080p low preset.
May as well get the Victus with the 4050. The 4050 running Cyberpunk:
Low: 85FPS
Medium: 70FPS
High: 59FPS
Ultra: 51FPS
Ultra with ray tracing: 21.7FPS
With some DLSS/FSR you could probably even get Ultra with ray tracing reasonably playable, on the 4050.
