AT&T & T-Mobile offer $1K value for iPhone 12 with their premium plans. Many are buying it for trading in with their carrier. Already got a 12 from Metro last deal, which was $50 more.
Keeping my current phones (13 and higher) as spares so I can trade these in instead for less.

It's saying my account doesn't exist when I try to log in.

I just needed a phone to use at home for photos and wifi only and this was cheaper than buying a used phone!
I didn't see anyone here mention it, but it was my first time using Google voice. I had to pay $3 to "unlock" the number. Did I really have to do that or would T-mobile payed the $3 fee?

You need to activate the phone via link they send you (can be done before you open the phone) and then get the SMS with code to let you in to the account. And it has to be from that particular phone! Metro ties SIM to IMEI
Changing that IMEI to which it's tied requires you to log in
