The motherboard's specs page can be found here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/M...cification
The motherboard included in this bundle is high end overall, using the top end x670e chipset. It has an 8 layer pcb, a frankly overkill 14(80a)+2+1 vrm, supports pcie gen5 for both the primary x16 slot and primary m.2 slot, and has substantial i/o overall. Boards with similar features tend to be $200-$250 on a good sale.
The included 32gb (2x16gb) ram is ddr5 6000 cl32 using hynix memory chips. The performance difference compared to to ddr5 6000 cl30 is quite minimal, and this ram falls into the current sweetspot for the am5 platform. Overclocking/tuning potential should be good since hynix memory chips are used. It's important to note that since the ram kit includes 16gb dimms, if you wanted 64gb using the included ram kit you'd need to run a 2 dimm per channel (4x16gb) configuration. That can be less stable, potentially even at expo speeds depending on the silicon lottery. Similar quality 32gb (2x16gb) ddr5 6000 cl30 ram kits can be found at around ~$90 on a good sale.
Overall, this bundle is a very good value at $650, so long as you'd make use of such a powerful system.

Good luck!
Jon
I've been get BSODs due to memory faults and when I googled it, seems to be possibly bad memory modules. It doesn't seem uncommon, so right now I'm downclocking the RAM to 4400Mhz to help with stability.
The WiFi, Bluetooth etc will not work when you start up windows. You need to download the msi x670e WiFi drivers. Either use Ethernet to download it or just transfer it over via a usb drive.
The CPU with Noctua Dh 15 pulls 150W absolute max, 40C idle and 85 at full throttle.

However, could you please elaborate more on the (4x16gb) configurations and wby would it be less stable? And please explain the silicon lottery š
I'm a noob and trying to understand as I'm building my new gaming rig soon!

Longer answer also has something to do with how the memory controller acts with all four slots populated.
Toms Hardware, Wccftech, Hardware Unboxed, Linus Tech Tips and Gamers Nexus all have deep dives into it. I'd recommend watching their content if you want to learn more about computer hardware in general.
Edit: This is for the Tustin, CA Microcenter
