If you're in the market, I've been quite pleased with a different one that costs twice as much. After a bit of research this one stood out to me by being stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. It kicks around my trunk helping with the occasional heavy item. I recommend having your own non-bungee strap for anything even kinda heavy. Obviously don't go this route is you're more concerned about price or size or weight:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BHQ6XY5D/

Comparison:
Name: Natural Home vs Kedsum
Price: $23 vs $45
Weight: 6lb vs 6lb
Capacity: 150lb vs 350lb

The back wheels are fixed, so it should steer like any other hand truck. I would only use the front wheels for an object so large that the handle would have to fold down and it would be in moving dolly mode.

It's 100% not going to be "durable". Lightweight stuff only.

It looks like something that should be immediately recycled into something useful.

It's aluminum, so it has natural oxidation resistance.

I use another brand to move 2-3 storage bins around for local events. I cannot imaging moving even a tiny dorm room worth of stuff with this. Maybe they mean "moving" in that it has wheels and will move?

Get a bungee to clip onto the bottom "flap" then wrap around all your stuff and clip somewhere around the back handle.
