To me is a good one. It is convenience to open and lock the door. Specially, when you have elderly and kid in your home. In June 2011, I brought a Toledo Smart Door Lock with taxes $147 (receipt in attachment). After I installed in my house, my brother, sister, and my friends also want one in their houses. So I end up install 4 more houses. I installed only 5 houses, but I have brought like 10 different brands. Because some of the cheap and unknown brand doesn't last long. The Toledo door lock I installed in my house is still work perfectly, but the cost most 3 times of this Eufy Lock. The other good brand is YALE SMART LOCK, but it cost over $200. Right now, I have a Eufy Door Bell Camera over 2 years, and it is still working good. So I trust this Eufy brand, because they make a good product. Before I post this deal, I also brought one. In case, my Toledo is broken. I like this Eufy Smart Lock have a physical button, rather than touch screen. Because I have a elder ly mom, she doesn't know how to use touch screen much. I also like this Eufy lock have WIFI BUILT-IN. Most other brand doesn't have Wi-Fi, so we have to buy a BRIDGE to use with ALEXA or GOOGLE HOME. Of course, you could use an APP to lock and unlock even when you away from home. And this is $55.99. To me this is very good deal.

Eufy is trash. Bolt gets stuck. Performing calibration does nothing. Common problem among owners and tech support is neither tech savvy or smart. Save your money and buy a brand that knows mechanics, not tech. Like Yale or schlage.
