You really can't beat Costcos prices on allergy meds.
I just wish they'd start making a generic Xyzal.

Why don't you just use cetirizine? Costco's version is fairly inexpensive. Same active ingredient. Cetirizine is the racemic mixture of levocetirizine and dextrocetirizine. The levocetirizine is the active enantiomer. They are pretty comparable.

Got Generic Xyzal from CostPlus for $9.50 (90 count)

Although they charge flat $5 shipping so see if you can order in bulk. And requires prescription which should be easy to get.

I've been using a cheap generic that I found on Amazon but now that I know I'll have to check Sam's.
Thanks!

Even not on sale, this is a year's worth for the price of one month of 24hr claritin.

I've been using this Kirkland brand for several years and it's doing a great job for me. I'm so happy that I discovered this stuff; it's really changed my life with daily use. My allergies used to be horrible at certain times of the year. Nowadays they're very minimal, and the occasional bad allergy day I have is knocked out with a Walmart branded Sudafed equivalent. Which incidentally is the same dose combination as Claritin-D but without the sky-high price.
