HUGE waste of money. This suck, I bought them for a little less than this in store and got to use them once before they broke.

Fiskars quality is TERRIBLE now

Take a look at these instead. Same price and spring won't pop out or beak/rust in half.. https://www.amazon.com/Fiskars-91...=8-11&th=1

Dang ...they really insist on using the plastic lock and tiny spring. It won't last.

I have a similar design where the plastic locking tab broke off. Can still use it though.

Let me guess, the replaceable blade costs more than this piece of junk.

Looking at the picture of the hand holding the pruner up against a tree branch I'm thinking that someone in Fiskars marketing has never used a pruner . Who holds it just under the blade? Ummm the handles are there for leverage so use them. I'll bet at the photo shoot they tried to get a picture of it actually cutting into a branch but the poor hand model just couldn't do it.

The Felcos are definitely the way to go. You can replace any part on those. They will last a lifetime with typical homeowner use.

Absolutely. I have several, one of which is at least 40 years old.
Just treat the blade/steel right, and it lasts MORE than a lifetime.
