Did you read Woot's description at all? Apple Refurbished with 1yr Apple warranty and eligible for AppleCare.

I read it and it's wrong. Apple warranty starts with the first time the watch is sold. I've read so many comments about buyers who bought new Apple Watches from resellers and found out there were only months left on the warranty, even though the watch was new. Do some googling,

Warranty starts when watch is activated BUT some are Apple replacements and Apple warranty starts when the Apple watch they replaced was activated. That's why you can have a brand new device never activated with only 3 months warranty. On replaced items Apple offers only 3 months warranty from the date of activation of the replaced device

I had an Apple Watch replaced . I had extended monthly AppleCare and I was able to continue extended AppleCare on the replacement.

Correct it's either 3 months or tge rest of AC+ ..whichever is longer

Okay so, based on these discussions, it looks like a 90 day warranty, unless some AppleCare coverage is left. Hopefully, some purchaser will comment. I'm curious as to battery life. An Apple refurbished watch has 100% battery life.

I think most purchasers are expecting the regular one year Apple warranty, based on the somewhat limited description.
