I just bought this for my 5yo last week. He only just got into legos, but he loved this one because it was easy enough for him to build all by himself, and he loved that this lego actually shoots the little green dots like a missile.

I wish legos did bigger sales than 20-30%, so I'm now on the alerts for all lego toys here on Slickdeals. So far I've not seen a big sale, but I'm hoping for the holidays there is one.

Five Below has Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Lego sets, There is 4 in the series, I got them all for my 5y old grandson
