Pass. Using points for non-travel purchases is generally bad value, especially when you factor in how much spending and time it takes to build up 35k points.
This deal saves about $60. Might as well just wait a few more weeks for a straight $50 discount when retailers start doing pre-black friday sales.
Not too long ago Chase had 50% points boost, which is a way better deal if you cant wait for it again.
Unpopular comment here but if you utilize Chase's travel partners like Hyatt through Sapphire, you can routinely get 2-3X value versus this 1.15X value. Not really a deal IMO but to each their own

Anyone knows when do they ship out? I placed order today morning using cash (w 15% discount) but did not receive any confirmation and shipping or delivery dates.
Agreeing with the other comments on Hyatt. Great points transfer value plus their continental breakfast has been a winner at all of our stays. I'll take Hyatt over a watch any day.

You don't have to actually use any points. You can do a "split payment" pay with the minimum number of points (0) and still get the 15% off.
Not unpopular! It amazes me how people fall for marketing gimmicks.
Just curious, what do you do to get that value, do you transfer the points to Hyatt? I have Sapphire Preferred also have Amex Platinum
I have both Sapphire Preferred and Amex Platinum, too. For Sapphire, I transfer points from the UR portal to Hyatt as Hyatt points. Then I book hotels that have a high price/points ratio. For example, last year, I took a trip to Europe. I booked my plane ticket with United Points I transferred from UR. Then I booked the Great Scotland Yards hotel in London and Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme in Paris through Chase to Hyatt points. For the latter hotel, I think the redemption rate at the time was ~36,000 points per night. The cash rate was like ~EUR 1,300 per night. So in the case of the Paris hotel, you're looking at over 4X value for points.
I don't travel much, neither stay in hotels. So, couple of years back I had redeemed my points for Apple watch 7 GPS + Cellular version using chase offers on 1.5x apple products during BF. This time Chase allows you to use cash without points, which is really great. For your info, if you are getting the cellular one, Chase sends you an unlocked version.
I just wish Chase portal allowed trade in of my existing watch so that I can better maximize the 15% off deal. Apple site is giving me trade-in option, but there is NO discount.

ya agree, i think this is good for people that done travel
Not a bad price considering you don't have to use points if you don't want to. Brings an black Ultra 2 to $680. That said make sure you really want it, because there's no return policy unless it's damaged/defective in the first 14 days.
Did anyone notice taxes are very high on this for some reason.. I was looking for the Ultra and they are like $747 almost $68 dollars thats very compare to paying $799 plus $48 taxes online...
