I've had a bad experience buying from this company.
They make any excuse to delay shipping your order by saying it will be fulfilled next week (going on 3 weeks for me) before I ended up issuing a charge back. They don't hesitate in taking your money but don't expect to hear back from them if you ask for a refund.

This is kind of true. It took me over 2 months to get my EM680.

But on the other side of the coin, my sound card just died on it, over a year after I bought it. Support is telling me I can buy any of their other computers for the difference that I paid for it. That's not bad support. Most companies would tell you to ef off.

I have only had good experiece with this MiniPC Company. Support actually got me an engineer to fix a buzzing sound on a USB soundcard on a UM790 I convinced a friend to get. I have over 8, maybe 9 or 10, of this brand of MiniPCs in businiess production replacing aging desktops going on 2 years now.

I personally have a MinisForum UM780XTX utilizing their new occulink dock with a 7900XTX running a G9 57" monitor and dual, over under, 32" monitors. I have had zero problems to date and I pre-ordered it last november on the day it cam available for pre-order. I would prefer to pay a few dollars more for this brand over most other brands. I will probably upgrade to their next gen motherboard offering when/if it becomes available.

Edit: I set my daughter up with a MinisForum UN100L with a triple monitor setup. I initially had a no name brand for her from Amazon with same specs, and one of the video outputs died after 2 weeks so I returned and ended up happily paying $40-50 more (~$180) MinisForum and she has been going about 3 months now with no issues.

I bought a NAD9, the internal power supply died after 5 months, I did an RMA, took about a month to get the replacement, so far no issues with the PC or company.

I was contemplating get one of this together with a Oculink E-gpu ($100), but factoring that you need a PSU ($100) for that plus the GPU itself i decided for an ITX build with AM5 . It was more expensive (like $150) but I can upgrade components at any time.

Liquid metal flows if in vertical position. Search ps5 liquid metal problem. If you are thinking about using that vertical stand like me, maybe take that into consideration
