It may or may not have it depending on when it was sold. Apple Watch units sold by Apple in the United States on or after January 18, 2024 no longer have the blood oxygen sensor. Third-party retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, etc were able to sell the watches with the sensor after that date if they already had them in their inventory. If the model number ends in LW/A it does not have the sensor. If the model number ends in LL/A it does have the sensor.
