I purchased a pair of these a few years ago. These are very stylish but I feel compelled to comment on how poor the cushioning and support is on pavement. I used to use this as a tackle-all shoe when traveling but I realized that a long day on these in the city will give me shin splints quickly. This is not as much a problem on dirt but the fatigue is noticeably worse than more modern offerings.

I have a pair of the low top 2650s… can agree they are awesome on trails, not great on pavement. I have put a ton of miles on mine on various trails and they have taken a hell of a beating. Can't recommend for any kind of desert or beach hikes though… they will pick up a huge amount of sand

These hiking boots are available in multiple sizes. The olive has more availability than the black.

Thank you for the review, helpful to know these hiking boots are better on trails than on pavement.

I bought these and they're great. I use orthotics so I can't speak to the other comment about cushioning. So far I like these a lot.

The description says hiking but the soles say mall walking.
Ha! These don't look like mall walking soles to me! Wink

Don't be a jerk lots of people buy hiking boots for both. I use danners as my work boots and depending on the jobsite I could be mostly on either.

It could be a jerky comment, but also cute.. depends on the delivery and intentions.

When it comes to comfort, I have tried every pair. For me, nothing compares to La Sportiva.

I'm a fan of these. They're my go shoes for light hiking and work appropriate rain boots. Light and comfy enough for all day use. I did add an insole to add a bit more cushion, but I usually do that for most of my shoes anyway.

Thank you for the reviews, helpful (I'm not trying to be jerky).
