If you want to save money and have foaming hand soap, take liquid soap and mix 1 part soap to 4 parts water, and you'll have foaming soap like this,for cheap.

Also it's not "the same", as there are foaming additives that you don't get with regular soap, it doesn't foam quite the same (I say this as someone that does this also).
Mix 1:4 Castile soap with distilled or filtered water. Add some drops of your favorite essential oil, teaspoon of jojoba oil.
