And similar products, you'll need a sprayer, though. I have one gallon and 5 gallon backpack sprayers. If you check the contents for this vs the concentrates you'll notice that you are getting a lot more active insecticide for your money.
Does this stuff actually work or is it just snake oil?
I've used it for years, it does the trick. It really does help keep bugs in the house to a minimum.. but it's not necessarily the only thing you should do. I think I have the electronic spray nozzle from the original one I bought 6+ years ago and it still works too, been swapping it in on a new bottle or two without any trouble.
I only use it around the exterior perimeter of my foundation of the house & garage, and around door & window sills, which helps maintain a perimeter. Having good overhangs to keep your foundation dry in the rain helps too. Regardless, try to make sure water has a good way to drain away from your house and keep things near it as dry as possible. Downspout extensions, and maybe french drains (with a 4" corrugated pipe to collect/drain water).
Good time of year to do it though, the bugs will be looking for places to go as fall settles in.

Lowest has 1G one for $9.98 as regular price. This is not really a deal even though it is 1.3G
Hmmm… So you get 30% more for a dollar less. But it's not a deal? The difference is 5.5¢ an ounce vs 8¢ an ounce. That's makes the Lowes version 50% more expensive. Sounds like a Walmart has a pretty slick deal.
