I mention this whenever I see this deal posted on here: great for protein shakes, bad for anything thicker than milk. Very weak and battery holds significantly less charge after half a year for me

Haha this dude only makes their smoothies at home. So lame.

What if you get marooned on a desert island with ample tropical fruit and a reliable power source and ice machine? Are you just going to eat fruit with your bare hands like some kind of neanderthal?

I use mine near daily at the office, got a tub of yogurt, some frozen fruit and PB powder. Works mostly fine. If I had two, I wouldn't mind one at home for weekends, way easier than pulling out the Vitamix but way less power too.

Can't find the power (wattage) anywhere, not even listed on the blendjet website, my guess it's under 400 watts. Should be good for making sauces or dressing lol

I do and it does an amazing job, in fact I keep one only for mixing pre workout and one for protein shakes
