Trader Joe's sells Nutritional Yeast for $3.49 per 4 ounces, which is their everyday price. Twelve ounces would be $10.47, making TJ's everyday price better than this deal.

Also Trader Joes and Braggs are the two best tasting brands of nutritional yeast I've ever had, just FYI (I'm vegan and travel constantly, I've tried a lot of brands)

almost always best to get nutrients directly from healthy, natural, unprocessed foods instead of supplements.

If you look at the ingredients, they add B vitamins for some reason… I guess to make it look even healthier to consume…

Fortified with synthetic cyanocobalamin B12 bad, methylcobalamin is the one you want. folic acid is also synthetic, you want natural folate.

Please don't spread ignorance online. 38 million American diabetics take synthetic, processed insulin every day and insinuating that natural is best is ignorant as hell. Your body doesn't know the difference and demonizing ingredient A vs ingredient B is what the ignorant do.

Better to get nutrients from food vs supplements is 100% correct.

Diabetics take insulin because their body doesn't make enough to keep up with what it needs. It is not a natural hormone found in food, and it cannot be ingested

Eating an orange for vitamin c >>> taking a vitamin c supplement, largely in part to fiber

Never tried it, but I always thought this was a cheese substitute for vegan. It's also better if you are trying to reduce saturated fat consumption.

There are so many factors that normal people or even scientists don't know how some nutrition works in our body. Even fiber has categories and they work differently. How body absorbs nutrition is also based on WHEN it was consumed, WITH WHAT it was consumed, IN WHAT STATE you body was in when it was consumed, etc. Fiber inhibits our body from consuming too much carb at once, so it protects us from high blood sugar. Different fiber also gets to different part of our body and feed into good bacteria. There are so many variations to nutrition and just saying your body doesn't know the different is pretty ignorant.
