ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Sweepstakes registration.
Timing: The Hershey's Fall Bake 2024 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at or about 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 12, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on December 30, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes (one [1] prize per winner):
One (1) Grand Prize: The "Grand Prize" is $10,000 made payable to the Grand Prize Winner, awarded as check. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $10,000.
Five (5) First Prizes: Each "First Prize" is a Hershey Baking Toolkit prize pack, which consists of a mixer and an apron. The ARV of each First Prize is $200.
The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes: $11,000.
