Tip: If you are wondering which stores likely have discounted price, on the product page, select "choose another store for pickup."

If it lists "available for in store pickup" = Full price

If it lists "buy in warehouse" = Likely discounted price

Sony if you like better image processing IMO. I'm not going back to Samsung.

Not sure what Rtings Reviews you're looking at, but according to Rtings, the Sony X90L series is significantly better than the Samsung Q72D series.

I bought the 65 inch 2 months ago and I'm happy with it. Mostly.

The audio settings in Android TV are very, very, very annoying. A lot of trial and error I've never experienced before. And I swear the thing has glitched on its own too. Because one day Input 2 (my blu ray) just had no audio at all. Which I had been watching the same TV show set for the past few days. And it even failed mid-disc (although not mid-episode). So yeah, if you've got a soundbar, be prepared for some annoyances. I did not set mine up with internet because I thought it would be a better experience. But maybe an update would fix my issue if they've discovered it. I was always going to use my Chromecast TV anyway because I like it, it was already set up, the remote is smaller, and it can control a soundbar. The TV remote is not programmable for a soundbar from another manufacturer.

I think it would probably be a great TV at 85 inches. I have no complaints about the picture. I've used streaming, 1080p blu-rays, and OTA television so far.

According to Rtings it's got a very poor viewing angle. How good of a deal is this if you can find it?

Screaming good deal?

Or great deal if you happened to want this specific model?

Is this like an earlier version of a Bravia 9? Or just a "leveled down" version?
The X90L series would sit below the Bravia 7 series...

$1999.99 at my local store.

$1600 at a store further away, but display unit only.

If Dolby Vision matters to you then you can forget about Samsung TVs. Since they are the main proponent of the HDR10/10+ spec, they wont license DV to put on their TVs.

Of course, the price is totally different. Bravia 7 2024 is over 3k 😂

I saw this at my local Costco. Abandoned my typical run for purchasing the TV!
