No. $19.99. Why spend more when you don't have to? It a fair logical question

Mmmm it's not even a full set of wrenches. And Allen wrenches are fluff and will never be the one you need. The HF sets have served me well when on sale.

I have this specific set and got it nearly 2 years ago (I believe it's the same one anyways). The size of the container is ridiculously large lol. I got this mainly for some side money (involves lugging it around everywhere in my car). For the size of the deggum box, I just wished it actually had more tools. I find it easier to just bring a smaller socket set and tools in a small bag and call it a day 😂 all the tools are decent, they aren't bad, the packaging is just atrocious for travel.

Do these have lifetime warranty with swap in store? The ones that do, sell for $99 around BF. This one may have more sockets and less filler items going in it's favor.

There's no in-store swapping for Hart products unless you're returning/exchanging the whole product within Walmart's exchange policy. You have to ship it to Hart (you pay for shipping) and wait a couple weeks. And good luck with the customer service agent you'll have to deal with to get an RMA number.

100% meh. Hart tools are generally just fine, from what I've seen, and most people would probably be happy with this set. However, I've seen a lot of deals lately on Kobalt, Craftsman, DeWalt, etc, which I'd prefer, and HF is always an option. So yeah, this is fine, but it isn't some shockingly good value that you need to wait for or mark on your calendar or something.

I have this exact set for 2 years now. It's way better than HF's Pittsburg sockets/rachets.

This has really nice smooth action rachets. I like that you can slide the whole drawe out for the 1/4" set and take it with you.

The case is a little big and bulky but there's a lot of sockets in there...Perfect for the garage and keeps things organized well.

I haven't tried this Hart set, but I have the HF Pittsburg equivalent. I don't think I would buy it again. The tools are serviceable, but with pretty low-end ratchets. If you open it upside down (which, if you lend it to a friend, there's a 50% chance they will do), half the contents dump out instantly. The sockets are loose in the case and easy to misplace. The latches that hold the case shut will break off if you don't treat them carefully.

Its one competitive advantage is that the case is a different shape from most of the competitors (including this Hart). Instead of traditional hand toolbox dimensions, it's like a thin briefcase but very long and wide. That's great if you want to fit it under the back seat of a truck or another storage space that's large in two dimensions but limited in the third. And unlike this Hart set, it's packed pretty full, so you don't feel like it's wasting space. But if the form factor of the case doesn't matter to you I'd look elsewhere.

I wanted to bite. Bit after reading about the warranty process it is a pass for me. The kobalt or husky ones can be had for the same price around Black Friday and when something breaks I can just go in store and get a new one.

If I bought this set, I have to show proof of purchase, which is not hard because it's a digital order, but then I have to pay to ship it back to hart. So around 6 to 8 bucks every time something breaks. Plus a trip to the post office, and the hassle of completing the warranty ppwk.

While I don't mind doing ppwk, the cost of shipping makes this a pass for me
