Only thing I don't like about these is switching the little weights out for 5lb increments is a bit of a chore, but that's just me being lazy. Other than that I'm very happy with it. Gonna get the expansion this time, although I won't probably need it for quite a while, if ever...
I have both and think they're both great. It's the first tool I would recommend for building a home setup, followed by an adjustable bench. Most of my clients have Bowflex and prefer the handle, but in my professional opinion, the powerblocks are superior. They're generally cheaper and definitely more durable. Add in the expansion options and it's not much of a contest.
If someone was getting them strictly for goblet squatting, maybe I'd recommend the selecttechs. More likely I'd recommend a different front loaded squat.
Been comparing adjustable dumbbells for a few years now. This seems like a great deal; I think it's time to pull the trigger…. In for 1 + stage 2 & stage 3 add on. Can't wait to throw these around after I recover from shoulder repair surgery 🥴

What's the difference between the Sport EXP and the Elites that are regularly posted?
Elites are blocky squared with a narrower space on top for the handle. The Sports have an open space on top and the top is arched. Also the Sport's handle is hard and contoured while the Elites have straight foamed handles. You can get handles with knurled metal for them too.

My solution: bought a spare set of handles that I keep empty. Still no regrets after a year!

Any idea if there's a barbell conversion kit available for these?
There is not… Even the systems that do have compatibility with the barbell kit are not ideal. The weight is not able to rotate around the bar, it remains fixed making it awkward and hard on your wrists.

I just bought the FitRX stand as well, fits them with both expansions perfectly.

EDIT:
Sorry just realized someone above me beat me to it, and confirmed they do fit these dumbbells
