How is Blink quality nowadays?
I bought Blink Mini camera before,
video resolution so bad, App monitoring UI and save function UI so bad.

no big issues with ours. we have used it for about a year and a half. the only comment is that is does go through batteries quickly (they last about 3 months), but we use rechargeable ones so not really a significant issue.

We paid the same price when we bought ours, so accounting for inflation this is a decent deal.

Mine works fine but I'll never understand how despite it being wired it can't power itself and you still need batteries. If I didn't already have a Blink system I would've went another direction.

The wiring is only to connect to the chime from a previously installed traditional doorbell, I think. That is typically low voltage wiring that is not meant to provide power to a modern electronic device. If my understanding of this is correct, it's not Blink's or any other manufacturer's fault that this isn't possible, it's because the technology built into our homes is 100 years old.

I don't have experience with this doorbell cam but do use other blink cams. They are okay. For the price, it's great but they are entry level products so as long as you aren't expecting a premium experience you'll be fine.
