$50 for a monitor with usbc, a webcam, and a bunch of other bells and whistles is definitely a good price.
The question though is what is the use case... as 21.5" FHD 250nits is really not that good for much. Probably only makes sense if you need a small screen like this and want that usbc functionality.

Anything GPU accelerated will be wonky and your CPU will be taking on the load of rendering the screen. Also the software is required to run on your PC.
This would be interesting if it were flatter and able to mount to my fridge.
Shipping is $30 so price would be $73 and is from an unauthorized seller with only 80% positive feedback.

My dad uses it when I'm not there, and it looks great next to his two faded, ancient LCD monitors. And it's a lot nicer than the 15" portable monitor I was traveling with before.
