The reviews are not spectacular for this but I think that has to do with the crazy high initial list price of $800.
$50 for a monitor with usbc, a webcam, and a bunch of other bells and whistles is definitely a good price.
The question though is what is the use case... as 21.5" FHD 250nits is really not that good for much. Probably only makes sense if you need a small screen like this and want that usbc functionality.

This uses display link to work and doesn't go through displayport.
Anything GPU accelerated will be wonky and your CPU will be taking on the load of rendering the screen. Also the software is required to run on your PC.

Using this for MS Teams is just not enough. There has to be more use cases.

Checked the comments here and reviews, and I think for me the no VESA mount part is a deal breaker. I always wanted to have a screen dedicated for meetings, but I think like everyone else with similar requirements, my desk setup is already cluttered that I need to place it on a mount and go higher up there. I probably could find a solution to this part but it just does not worth the hassle...
When it was around this price before, I sent it to my parents so I can have a monitor/speaker/webcam/light for working remotely when I visit. Wish it had normal DisplayPort or HDMI inputs because Display Link was a pain to set up on a Mac, but it eventually worked.
My dad uses it when I'm not there, and it looks great next to his two faded, ancient LCD monitors. And it's a lot nicer than the 15" portable monitor I was traveling with before.

This would be interesting if it were flatter and able to mount to my fridge.
Shipping is $30 so price would be $73 and is from an unauthorized seller with only 80% positive feedback.
