Yea and he gets to wear a leather jacket EVERYWHERE. Gosh I think this means I HAVE to read this book… over and over again apparently.

Man, lot of hate for this title. I listened to it on Spotify, I thought it was a pretty solid use of time. He explains research and conversations throughout the book, overlaid on his story of an elk hunt in Alaska. Parts of it felt a little formulaic but I had some solid takeaways.

This is one of the better books I've read in recent history. This is a fantastic deal for anyone interested in self-improvement/wellness. A lot of interesting anecdotes and he backs up most of what he recommends with fascinating research. I haven't discussed with anyone who has read it who hasn't thought highly of it.

So my general rule is you need to sift through 95% tired anecdotes and blabberish to get to 5% useful stuff. This feels like it is going to be 100% blabberish.
