My friend didn't have the offer on his account but a chat to CS got it manually added for the life of the account as opposed to 12 months, so it was a major win for him (image attached below).

I already had the $10 loyalty for years now on my account so I cannot stack this one on top.

Managed to apply it twice. Did it once. Immediately after, while the order was still pending, the banner for the savings was still there. Clicked it again. Applied it again. Tried to do it a third time but it errored. Had an agent send me an upcoming bill estimate which includes this line:

New $10 Loyalty Discount for 12 months thru Sep 28, 2025 (2 @ $10.00) -$20.00

I think Loyalty program works if you stay with Verizon more than 4 years and not only fios wireless as well. 10 dollars off per line up to 12 months.
