A one-time $35 per line activation fee also applies ($140 total, due on your first bill). Shipping is free.

Thanks to Deal Hunter Meowssi for finding this deal.

Instructions:
  1. Click here to visit Verizon
  2. Select preferred color & 256GB option for your first Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max
  3. Click New Customer, then select Next Steps
  4. Scroll down to Start Your Own Plan, then 'Start building'
  5. Select the Unlimited Welcome plan, then select 'Continue without Perks'
  6. Select No thanks to 'No Device Protection'
  7. You will arrive at the cart screen.
  8. Now click Keep Shopping, then Shop Smartphones
  9. Set up your next three 256GB iPhone 15 Pro Max phones by repeating the steps above for lines 2, 3 and 4
  10. When finalizing checkout, wait a minute or two for a pop-up window to appear showing a $200 Verizon Gift Card
  • Your price should be: 4x Unlimited Welcome Lines + 4x 256GB iPhone 15 Pro Max smartphones + $200 Verizon Gift Card for $139.96/mo. (+ taxes & surcharges/fees) w/ AutoPay & Paper-Free Billing discount
    • Price Breakdown:
      • 4x iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB = $19.96/mo. ($4.99/mo. per device x 4 devices) for 36 months (~$180 total cost per iPhone)
      • 4x Unlimited Welcome Plan Lines = $120/mo. ($30/line) + taxes & surcharges/fees (varies by location) w/ Auto Pay & paper-free billing discount
        • At checkout, your first month's price may show as $160/mo. You must enable AutoPay & paper-free billing on your Verizon account after activation in order to get the $120/month price (because you receive a discount of $10 per line - so $40 off in total - when you have auto-pay and paper-free billing enabled, dropping it from $160/month, down to $120/month).
  • Note: A one-time $35 activation fee per line ($140 total) will be due on your first bill.
____________________________

Offer Details:
  • You can use your Verizon gift card towards a new device, accessory or towards paying your Verizon Wireless or Fios bill.
  • You must enable Auto Pay & paper-free billing on your account in order to receive the $30/month per line pricing (otherwise, your monthly price will be $40/month per line without Auto Pay & paper-free billing enabled).
  • Through this promotion, you are receiving $919.99 off each phone from Verizon.
  • This discount is not applied all at once upfront and is called a bill credit.
  • Typically, Verizon would charge $30.55/month per iPhone 15 Pro Max.
  • Through this promo, Verizon takes the $919.99 in bill credit and divides it up as $25.56 off each phone (every month) over 36 months.
  • This makes the costs for each phone: $30.55 - $25.56 off your monthly bill = $4.99 per device, each month (for 36 months). At the end of all 36 months, your device is considered fully paid off.
  • If you cancel service on any of the 4 lines before 36 months is up, you will forfeit any remaining bill credit(s) you may have on the line(s) you cancel, and the remaining balance owed for the device on cancelled lines will become due. Cancelling lines will also impact your multi-line discount on your service plan.
  • Devices are locked to Verizon for a period of 60 days and automatically unlock once that time has passed.

$1099.99 bill credits over 36 months on Unlimited Plus or Ultimate.
$920.99 bill credits over 36 months on Unilimted Welcome.
iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB costs $1099.99 + tax.

OP posted deal as 4 lines but you can get this device deal on any number of lines. Cost per line is the usual cost with tiered multi line discounts.

Little known program for those wanting to get away from this vzw monster-
Tmo keep and switch is 15 days to get $800/line savings for devices that have been paid for 90 days and are from Verizon, AT&T, UScellular, Claro, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile.
Can you port to Tmob Essentials or do they force you to join their Go shit!

I did the math. I went right through to checkout using the link provided. For two lines, including all discounts and cellular service on two watches, it's an extra $ 3700 over my TMobile Magenta Max senior plan.

Details.
Two watches with cellular service. ™ 11 no add ons. Verizon $ 30 with fees and taxes. Per month.
Phone service Unlimited Plan Verizon, two lines $ 170 month excluding device cost. ™ $ 90 month. The ™ plan includes Netflix basic and Apple TV.

Verizon is an extra $ 80 month for two lines for 36 months. Close to $ 3,000 extra.
Cellular watches. About an extra $ 700 for the two lines.
Looking at about $ 3700 extra at Verizon. The phone is last year's model so it's a 4 year old phone when paid off.
and as a data point, the iPhone pro max 12 from four years ago has a trade in value of around $200

Any costco deals? I have a Tmob essentials and paying $27.5 per lines for 6 lines. All of us need to upgrade our iphones.

Would you recommend me to wait till Thanksgivng or holidays to switch from Tmob or do this now. Tmob never gives any offer for essentials so we have to switch sooner for new phones.

after all calculations...it would be around $1700 for 36 months per line...

$48/month...plan+device+ all other fee

if you go for any prepaid plan(at&t prepaid) for $300 ...then $300x3yrs+$1200(this phone cost, buy from apple with apple GCs /..you can save some if you buy these GCs from amazon or target during blackfriday) = ~$2100

$1700 vs $2100 for 36 months.

Get this deal, stay there for 3+ months until the remaining phone balance goes below $800, move to T-mobile, get $3200 (https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/) back, move to Visible, repeat.

(I honestly have no idea how T-mobile makes money after paying $800/line to switch to T-mobile. As long as this infinite money glitch remains the same, you can repeat.)
Seems risky that they might decline you based on some technicality.

I've been with Verizon for 12+ years. Went from 4s to 6s to 12 Pro and now to 16. We have 6 lines - me, wife, son, aunt, uncle, mother-in-law. We take advantage of the multi-line discounts with family. They all pay me a check monthly (MIL) or 6-months ahead (aunt/uncle). Obviously if you do this you would need to have reliable family members. For the 6 lines, we were all on the 5G Start Unlimited and mine was on the next 5G plan level up which included Disney+ Hulu+ and ESPN package for free, I get the $5 off per line using autopay, $20 off for military discount (max $5/line for 4 lines). And have had the loyalty discount for the last 11 months. Our bill is $171 including taxes for 6 lines = $28.50/line. That will go up to $191 next month as our "loyalty" discount ends, but I will try and get it reinstated for another year.

We just took 3 of our iPhone 12's and did the trade-in of $830 credit each for iPhone 16's. I don't have all the figures in front of me, but we had to get rid of the 5G Start plan on those 3 lines and move up to whatever unlimited plan they call it now. We will get our credits each month for 36 months (again, been with them 12 years, not going anywhere and we're forced to be on Verizon anyway for where we live/work). I think the new bill will be $210 after discounts and taxes which is $35 a line. It should be about $5 or $7 per line increase for the 3 phones and we have the current iphone 16 which should last 4-5 years for us. Still a great deal for the best coverage. Could never do Cricket or T-Mobile as we don't live in any type of big city.

People that say bill credits are stupid only want to play the system. These companies want your business, not your tricks or deceit. They do the monthly credits to, for lack of a better word, force some loyalty and consistency from customers. "You want something good? I got it and I'll give it to you 80% off, you just have to stay with us for 3 years." It's not a forced 3 year contract as you can leave anytime you want, but have to pay the remaining cost of the phone that they didn't get value from. I hate shopping around, changing carriers, changing plans, and all those hoops. This is really straight forward, just not straight $$ in your pocket.
