1 year older tech gives double the battery, extra GPS receiver , 2 extra microphone array with beamforming and wind noise mitigation, S10 SiP vs S9 SiP (Apple does not claim major performance gains with the S10 chip), MIL-STD 810H standard which helps protect the watch from scratches, nicks At the end of the day is about money.. I purchased a brand new AWU2 for $550 shipped and a used one but clean for $350 ( one of the watches came with a brand new nomad $100 band)...AW10 would be counterintuitive purchase in my case

So U2 you are getting a year older watch year older tech. Smaller screen tho not noticeable. It weighs almost twice as much. Cost almost twice as much. For longer battery life, 50M more meters to 100 and an action button.

If you don't need cellular and titanium case+ sapphire crystal then yes, Series 10 is better option and you shouldn't be looking at the Ultra 2. I think these 2 watches are geared towards 2 different people and their intended uses.
Like the other poster got an AWU2 (Natural Titanium) for less than retail but it was REFURBISHED. I got it a couple of weeks ago for $529 9after $20 coupon), it looks pretty new to me with no scratches or nicks, 100% battery health, original Apple band and charger, and still has Apple Warranty until July 2025 per the Apple warranty checker on their website. I purchased from Reebelo.

Found a brand new one and a clean one this way. Both sellers had make an offer . I made them offers and they took it. Another good place is swapa for cheap watches or the guy above said reebelo
Another thing...look for depleted or low battery watches. This way you have a good reason to low ball. To replace a AWU2 battery is $99 out of warranty . If you can get it for $250 with bad battery go for it ...

The invoice had nothing obscured..i obscured stuff so you guys dont do weird shit with my now brand new watch
