$100 Statement Credit Through Chase Travel: With this bonus offer, eligible cardmembers who activate this offer can then earn a $100 statement credit when they purchase a hotel stay through Chase Travel totaling at least $400 in a single transaction. Purchase must be made by 01/31/25 11:59 PM ET with the same eligible card used to activate and travel must be completed by 08/31/25 11:59 PM ET. Booking can include point redemption, however, point redemption value will not count towards offer minimum spend. Only purchases completed through Chase Travel are eligible, "reserve now, pay later" and cancelled or refunded purchases are not eligible. Please allow up to 8 weeks after completing your travel for statement credit to post to your account. This bonus offer is non-transferable and applies only to cardmembers who receive marketing communications for this offer. Account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. I finally got my points but they had to manually add it for me as a courtesy after I called and messaged several times. I think the issue was that even though I PAID for the reservation with the eligible card that had the promo activated, I may have entered my Chase Travel portal on a different card, so it didn't track properly.
In other words, I:
1. Activated bonus offer for card # XXXX.
2. Mistakenly opened Chase Travel portal for card # YYYY, even though I paid for the reservation with card # XXXX.
I think this because I see the reservation in the booking history on Chase Travel portal for card YYYY and not for card XXXX.
