This has to be the best Metroidvania that Ubisoft has ever made, and is one of the best Metroidvanias ever. And the DLC is absolutely worth it.

Will neither one work on the S? I thought that Series X games were sold at retail to be for either the S or the X. In fact, give me a minute because I have the game. Ill go grab the box.

Edit: The box doesn't mention the S whatsoever. I'm surprised because I thought pretty much anything on the X also worked on the S. If you don't know that it doesn't work on the S, Id search it because I really did think everything on the X also played on the S.

Yes, that's exactly it - our son received a similar series x type game for Christmas last yr and couldn't use it. no drive for the disk on S boxes.

I will say that this is a good game. I havent actually beat it yet but what I played was pretty good. I definitely want to get back around to it. Well worth the $15 here which I'm pretty sure is the cheapest I've seen it. After the above, I wanted to contribute somehow here 🤦

No worries! Would love to try this game on Xbox also - I remember playing this on my SNES growing up. Yeah, I'm old!
