They have other items with forced $80 delivery... No pickup or standard shipping option.. These are not big items e.g. a pillow. Anyone know what gives??

These things are cheaply made..there is a reason for this price . Cheap is best sometimes though.. I bought a similar item couple of years ago , over a period the screws on the table and chair come off staying in hot weather for extended periods.. I just threw them away after 2 years .. 99 is not bad for 2 years
