The others try to start the bidding at $600 and no bites.
Most likely the hunting pack going for the cheap option will be ready to pounce on yours for $200+, but definitely nowhere near the $1000 that's supposedly retail for this.
Really hope they do another flash sale on the 65". If not them, SOMEONE within the next month-month & 1/2.

Being veteran, I even checked the NEX online store and the best price was like $2550 shipped+ tax free after their markdown and the 5% online coupon. Might have better luck in-store when they have their 5-25% (or free!) scratchers, but everyone's got these models in a vice grip on barely below MSRP right now.
If the technological upgrade on processor, brightness, etc between the G3 and G4 wasn't so significant, I'd just go with the G3, but nearly everywhere I look, the G4 seems to be the first model they actually nailed everything correctly gaming-wise, which is the only thing this TV will be used for 95% of the time in my case.
