Great price for what you're getting here, though obviously that $1,250.00 retail value is inflated through the ceiling - Glycine is owned by Invicta, after all. For reference, these generally go for $250 - $400. Just note that it's a big boy at 43mm so may not be a great fit if you have smaller wrists.

I've wanted a white dial field watch for a while, but ended up going for the Bulova Hack in ivory over this. No sapphire crystal but prefer just about everything else, especially the more vintage look + no date window, 38mm case, and readability with that unique handset - it's also on sale over at Jomashop (https://www.jomashop.com/bulova-h...6a246.html) with an extra $10 off using code save10ga. Got mine for $194.

You can't go wrong with either of these watches though, so go with whatever design catches your eye.

Great price, was hoping that the green version [ashford.com] had also dropped in price, will have to keep an eye on it too.
Movement is the Sellita caliber SW200-1 a, is considered a clone of ETA's 2824, with a power reserve of about 40 hours.

Glycine is one of the most under rated Swiss watches out there today.

I have a Glycine Combat 6 on the original bracelet and it has great fit and finish for a watch of its price. One of my favorite watches. I have a smaller wrist so I bought the 36mm version and I highly recommend that one for any other small wristers.

man i remember you could pick up those calvin klein swiss watches that had the ETA 2824 in them for $120 bucks a few years back. They were excellent watches all around too

I grabbed the navy blue 36mm Combat 6 years ago for some sort of good price, and flipped the bracelet to bring the price down even further. I almost always go nato, perlon, or leather. It has a very thin bezel so wears a bit bigger than a seiko SNK 80X, but is still a nice size for smaller wrist. It's also nicely finished and a bit dressier feel for a military style watch.

I have this watch, I switched out the band which I did not like for a nice leather one. This is an amazing watch and a crazy value. I would not hesitate
