This is anything but compact. And 1.3ah battery in this day and age? Even a stapler use 2ah. A drill with anything less than 5ah will struggle in performance.

True but Milwaukee M12 single drill or impact with a 2.0 battery is better. It goes on sale all the time. More compact and stronger torque than this particular Dewalt model.
