"how to sleep 2 hours a day and feel fully rested" tells you all you need to know. There may be truths in the book, but certainly there's some things that are not possible/sustainable.

If it was really this simple, America wouldn't even have a obesity issue and everyone and their mothers would be walking around with a 6 pack (no, not beer).
The title is just because of his other book the four hour workweek. Read this years ago and tried the diet part and it works 100%, basically it was like keto before keto was a thing with some small differences.

Fundamentally, for most people, weight loss is simple. But it is difficult practically, hence obesity epidemic. And America isnt the only country suffering from it.

I read this book and found it amusing. Mostly because of the extremes he said he went through in order to do his research...in particular, weighing the food he consumed and weighing his poop to see if they were equal. I found there were some truths in the book. Slow carb works for some people, but not necessarily everyone.
His process for boosting testosterone is iffy at best. Again, we all aren't built the same so what works for one may not work for all.
