Now that their sandwiches are $14-16, this coupon just sets the price per sandwich to where it should be. I can go to the fancy local gourmet deli and get some awesome homemade stuff for less than what Subway charges now. Then they act shocked that sales are down.McDonald's too. Their burger prices are approaching my pub, and I know which I prefer.

Just a YMMV, but a lot of places put half the toppings on each sandwich.. so you get 1 sandwich worth of toppings in total.

True, I bought their "philly steak" for $16 and it was trash, they put one small scoop of "steak and a little bit of cheese, it was so bad. For $16, I can get a steak sandwich from a local sandwitch shop and its much better

Yeah, this happened to me except on the 699 deal. Ordered double meat and only got single meat. I suggest inspecting the sandwich at the store anytime you order online.

This code worked at the one by me that never accepts coupons. It also worked in every single sub, all the way up to the beast. This makes some of the classic subs $4.50 each, even cheaper than the $5 footlong everyone uses as a metric these days.

The coupon worked, and I was charged, but when I went to pick up the order, they said they didn't have it. Even after I showed proof of the transaction, they refused to give me the food.

The bigger issue is most food products sold at the grocery stores these days is also not food.

That's something I would complain to their corp about, it looks nothing like their advertisement photo. That's the reason to avoid Subways, it's a YMMV because of them being most if not all franchised. The Panera coupons are a better deal and better food if you're fortunate to hav eone.
