I know a guy that used to be a waiter for a restaurant in the early 80's, and he said that on his lunch break he would eat the meatloaf that was made there. He said he would always see bags of leftover meat being put in the freezer, meat that was left on peoples plates and he always just thought it was someone saving it to take home for their dogs. One day he saw the cook grinding meat, and he had all those bags from the freezer and was using that meat, he asked the cook what he was making and the cook told him he was making his favorite lunch, the meatloaf. So, whoever eats out at restaurants, don't leave any meat on your plates or it probably will get reused like that place did, just trash the meat if you don't eat it.

As far as ordering ahead, a couple of our local bells would just make it right away. They don't seem to care.
My son bought this deal. He'd just gotten his driver's license and went every single day from school for his lunch. Staff got to know him and it was fun for all. Got lot's of mileage talking about it with friends.
