Using Harbor Freight jacks stands is idiotic, but not the jack
Daytona also has jack stands. Come with a security pin. I also use the jack as a precaution measure. You'd have very bad luck if all 3 fail at the same time

Any good ways to extend the lift height on these like you can with the extension that comes with the badlands floor jack?

there is an asterisk under the 40% off, that mean only certain models will be on sale?
No. If you look at today's coupon, the main thing is 1 per customer and in store and in stock items only.

Your 3 ton Husky is comparable to this 3T Daytona that will be $108. https://www.harborfreight.com/3-t...64784.html

Is this a good reliable tool to replace my tiny jack which I have to manually spin to raise my car up slightly?

More about durability.

Using a car jack from harbor freight is like riding on a Boeing plane, u just pray and hope for the best
How are you using any jack?

Buddy that's why we use jack stands even if the car jack fails all it does is lower the car. You'd be asking for it if you are under the car with only a jack as support.

I've got a WRX and looking for something to replace my current jack... its reach makes jacking up the car next to impossible.

It looks like a quite a price difference between the 3-ton "Long Reach", "Super Duty", and the normal "Low Profile" options. And, it also looks like the Long Reach only adds 5" to the handle.

Do any of you have enough experience with these models to dissuade/persuade me into any of the options?
I have a WRX and I use some Cusco ramps and the regular Daytona low profile. Wanted the long reach but I felt like I was still going to have to get ramps regardless.

Long reach has 35 " horizontal reach and 24-1/4" vertical reach. super duty has 3 yr warranty while long reach has only 90 days. Long reach has the foot pump to quickly position your saddle to the left area on the car. if you can afford go with super duty which is built akin to snap on. but it has one inch less vertical reach.

I use their Long-Reach Low-profile jack for my C6 and it's been good to me, highly recommend it and at 40% off? Forget about it, go buy one!
