Buddy that's why we use jack stands even if the car jack fails all it does is lower the car. You'd be asking for it if you are under the car with only a jack as support.
It looks like a quite a price difference between the 3-ton "Long Reach", "Super Duty", and the normal "Low Profile" options. And, it also looks like the Long Reach only adds 5" to the handle.
Do any of you have enough experience with these models to dissuade/persuade me into any of the options?
