The long reach jack is physically bigger all around.
The body of $144 jack is 31.5" long, the handle is 50", lift range of 3.5" to 24.5" High and weighs 103 lbs.
The body of $108 jack is 27" long, the handle is 45", lift range of 3.25 to 20" High and it weighs 79 lbs.
Never trust a jack to support the car. You use the jack to lift the car to install a jack stand that will safely support the car. You can leave the jack there but the weight should be on the jack stand(s). Jack stands are sold in pairs and the weight rating is for the pair. So a 3 ton jack stand pair can support 1.5 in each stand. Buy proper wheel chocks to block the wheels that will remain on the ground front and back and only work on a level surface preferably concrete. If you are working on asphalt on a hot day jack stands could sink into the asphalt and shift. If you are lifting at the pinch weld purchase an aluminum pinch weld adapter. When the hydrolics in a jack fail it can drop immediately. Never get under a car only supported by a jack or work on an incline.

Do you have the Superduty (3 year) low pro or professional (90 day warranty) long reach low pro jack? Seems even though the superduty is not marketed as such, dimensions indicate it has same reach as the professional.
What grease gun do you use? can you get away with just filling with a squeeze tube or can the zerk cap not be removed? I don't know if I've ever actually used a zerk...just greasing directly from a squeeze tube for my trimmer, etc. Thanks.
Unless you are using this for an industrial application, or store it outside in the rain or something, you will likely never need to grease it.
Is this a good reliable tool to replace my tiny jack which I have to manually spin to raise my car up slightly?
More about durability.
The small jacks are lightweight and designed to stay in vehicles at all times for emergencies, such as changing a flat tire, etc.
In contrast, the HF jacks are much heavier, intended for use in garages rather than being stored in vehicles. They are aimed at DIY car enthusiasts and professionals for tasks like tire rotations, oil changes, etc
Wow, ive been eyeing the 3 ton low profile with rapid pump for among time now... $144 is a steal. And iirc, there was a price mistake on e where ppl got it for a similar price or maybe a lil lower at $125.
For anyone curious, the foot pump gets the jack to touch actual car but doesn't lift it. So it's like 3 pumps where u don't need to pump the bar to get u up to the car.
Yes. I got one at $120 back in 2020. The store manager had to manual adjust the price for me to get $120. The floorjack is still working solid. Given what inflation has done to us, $144 for the same jack now is still consider very very good deal. I have never seen 40% off Daytona floorjack ever since I started to buy from HF which is 5 or 6 years ago. This is must-buy if you are in market for floorjack. Daytona quality is as good as the name brand which cost twice as much (before the coupon).
wish the 3 ton aluminum Pittsburg one qualified. Unfortunately I don't own a garage so would have to lug this back and forth from my house, and need it to be lightweight and capable of hitting 19" in height.

This is just one of many WRX Jacking videos where they're lifting it with a "regular" 3 Ton Low profile jack. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D...Ukw

One on an item but I'm sure it depends on the manager
Jacks are meant for different ride heights and different vehicle weights. Is it a 2000 pound Mini Cooper, a 4000 lb Minivan or Full-size 6000 lb SUV?
Some jack won't go low enough to fit under a Porsche 911. And if does fit, it "probably" won't go High enough to get the 4x4 with 33s off the ground.
