- Activate account by confirming your email
- If needed, install Amazon Alexa App [iOS or Android]
- Note, once you install Alexa App, go to Account "Activity" then select "Link Account"
- You'll be redirected to Send Me a Sample website to register or login and follow on-screen prompts to link your account
- Amazon Alexa Users, click here to Activate Skill

I do not have Alexa,nor ever ordered the Spindrift before.
I registered some time ago, using my email address and created password, not using google,etc.
my guess is if you register via email address it may or not work?

They've replaced Alexa with AI Rufus on that App, and he doesn't support samples.
