Tello, I don't understand --> those are certainly mobile numbers and NOT on the Tracfone network.
Usually the data lines / watch lines don't have an activation fees so then you just pay (at most) for a month of service on that line which might be $10.
Otherwise look for other preloaded SIMs on eBay but those will take time to get. Some of these (like Speedtalk) charge a port out fee if you leave within a period of time like 60/90 days.
