I believe the 7s gen2 is samsung's node, which would explain inefficiency worse than 8gen1.

I placed my order on the 27th of last month and still nothing.
A lot of other members here reported the same, it seems like Total Wireless is still selling the phone but not shipping orders or at least some of the orders.
If you check that thread there are tips from people on who to contact, but at least in my experience it did eventually ship without having to do anything.
